When choosing a design from our range, you can select from a range of stationery to complement your occasion . You also have the option to change the wording on the front of our Invitations or scrolls to suit specifically announce your occasion. The options for wording on the front of your stationery are:-

Your information will be printed onto high quality paper inserts. Most of our cards have loose inserts, you can therefore, easily address your invitations and then insert them into your cards. This means if you make a mistake you will not waste a handmade card.
We will always send you 5 more inserts than you need to allow for any mistakes. For designs where the inserts are pre-glued, it is advisable to order slightly more than you actually need, to allow for addressing errors. A note on whether inserts are loose or glued is indicated on each design page.
Scroll inserts are printed onto A4 or A5 parchment paper (dependent on the size of scroll box you prefer) with a choice of designs for border decoration.

Scroll Parchment Paper Colours
Your scroll insert will be printed onto parchment paper. Choose your colour from the options shown below.
Scroll Borders
You can choose a variety of decorative features to enhance the look of your scroll insert, either Calligraphic Flashes (appear at the top and bottom of your scroll insert), or Decorative Corners (appear in the four corners of your scroll), or Decorate Border (which border the whole of your scroll insert).
WE ARE ALWAYS ADDING NEW SCROLL BORDERS TO OUR SELECTION, IF YOU DON'T SEE WHAT YOU LIKE HERE, WHY NOT CONTACT US AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO SEARCH FOR A BORDER THAT SUITS YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
All decorative features will be printed in the same colour as the font you choose for your wording.
Scroll Calligraphic Flashes
Choose one of the following decorative designs and it will be applied to the top and bottom of your scroll insert in the same colour as your font (as shown in CF1).
Scroll Decorative Corners
Choose one of the following designs and it will be placed in the four corners of your scroll insert (as shown in DC1).

The wording that you place on the inserts inside your stationery is personal to you, but often it is difficult to know exactly what to put and how to phrase what you want to say. At Lovely Day we have tried to simplify the process for you and help with with some standard layout options.
Layout Options - Standard Layouts or your own words
You can choose to use our standard layouts or simply provide us with your own words. Here are a selection of standard layouts for you to choose from. These options will appear again, when you proceed through the ordering process.

Easy to Use Online Layouts
Our website, automates the 'insert wording' process to make it painless and easy. Simply select your layout from the options shown or simply choose your own wording. Our easy to use system will prompt you to choose your font type and colour, and for scrolls your preferred border and should you wish you can even personalise your stationery with your own photography.
Once you have completed the layout process, you will be prompted to check to review it on a pdf, if you are unhappy with any of the wording or spellings, you can easily amend it and review it again. Once you are happy you can then send it to us. Simple! Please do not worry about layout! When we receive your information, we will review it, we will ensure that your stationery is laid out centrally, well balanced and beautifully presented. We will then send it back to you via email for your final approval before printing (it is always worth getting other people in your family to check the wording and spellings, to ensure it is perfect). We will continue with this process until you are 100% happy with your layout and wording. Once we receive your final approval, we will then print your inserts.
Throughout this process we will remain in contact with you, helping and advising you every step of the way. Should you also have items of stationery for which you do not have the correct information at the time of order, we will keep a check on deadline for that information and remind you when we are approaching the time when we will need to finalise the wording.

We offer a range of fonts, simply choose from the selection below. Generally we find that Black, Grey, Burgundy and Brown are the most popular font colours for printing inserts. Alternatively, as an extra special touch, you may wish to have your inserts gold or silver foiled.
It is worth remembering, that if you choose a script font, that it can be difficult to read, when there is a large amount of text, e.g. on an Order of Service.

You also have the option to have your inserts gold or silver foiled. It should be noted, however, that gold/silver foil inserts are an extra charge (£25.00 per 100 (or part thereof) per item of stationery ordered).

For that something extra special, personalise your stationery with your own pictures. Some of customers choose to show pictures of their engagement photographs on their wedding invitations or a collage of pictures of them in their pre-marital life. If you are choosing to send out Thank You cards, why not include an image of your special day?
Single or Multiple Images
Choose from a single photograph (which can be easily uploaded online) or a collage of pictures (which you will need to send to us by separate email or by post).
Photographic Quality
It is important to ensure that you send good quality photographs to ensure a good reproduction (300 dpi). If you are ordering online, instructions are provided as you go through your order.
Prices
Prices for including a photograph are £0.75 for the first photograph per insert and £0.25 for each additional photograph (per insert).
